摘要

In this paper, self-activated LiCa3MgV3O12 (LCMV) and Eu3+-activated LCMV phosphors were prepared by a traditional solid-state synthesis method. The LCMV host exhibited a broadband excitation spectrum in the near-ultraviolet (NUV) wavelength range of 250-400 nm and gave rise to a strong broadband bluish-green emission in the 400-700 nm visible region. Due to the energy transfer from [VO4](3-) groups to Eu3+ ions, Eu3+-activated LCMV phosphors showed tunable bluish-green-to-white-to-red photoluminescence by increasing the Eu3+ concentrations under NUV excitation at 336 nm. Particularly, the LCMV:0.005Eu(3+) sample emitted bright white light with high internal quantum efficiency as great as 53%. These tunable white-light-emitting LCMV:Eu3+ phosphors are promising for applications in white light-emitting diodes and optoelectronic displays.
