摘要
This article presents an adaptive tuning technique for improving the power flatness of an X-band frequency multiplier. The major features are highlighted: a tunable band-pass filter, and a microcontroller process. Simulation and measurement results show the power flatness is improved from 5-5.5 dB to 0.5-1 dB.
