摘要
Raman and infrared spectra of two well-defined fluellite samples, Al-2(PO4)F-2(OH)center dot 7H(2)O, from the Krasno near Horni Slavkov (Czech Republic) and Kapunda, South Australia (Australia) were studied and tentatively interpreted. Observed bands were assigned to the stretching and bending vibrations of phosphate tetrahedra, aluminum oxide/hydroxide/fluoride octahedra, water molecules and hydroxyl ions. Approximate O-H..O hydrogen bond lengths were inferred from the Raman and infrared spectra.
