Senegalia hoehnei from the states of Bahia, Espirito Santo, Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo, Para, Parana, and Santa Catarina, is described, illustrated, and compared to its probable nearest relative, Senegalia martiusiana.
