Up-converter for Ku-Band Radar

In this paper, the design of up-converter for Ku-band radar is presented. The IF frequencies from 70 MHz band are converted to 17 divided by 17.5GHz frequency range. The up-converter achieves output power level P-WY1=0dB +/- 0.15dBm and P-WY2=-20dB +/- 0.4dBm for input power P-WE=0dBm (70MHz) at the main port and calibration port, respectively. The level of undesirable signals is less than -60dBc. (Up-converter for Ku-Band Radar).
