Objective: In order to make a more scientific evaluation of the investment real estate. Methods: Establishing a real estate evaluation system based on fair-value measurement model. Process: the paper introduces the development of the real estate industry and the importance of evaluation in real estate investment, analyzes several kinds of investment decision-making theory of the real estate, and establishes the measurement model of the investment real estate. Result &Analysis: the paper studies the fair-value measurement model in the investment real estate, analyzes the application of fair-value measurement of the investment real estate, and finds that using the fair-value model to measure the investment real estate of companies can more objectively reflect the real value of the enterprise assets. Result: the fair-value model can reflect the real value of the investment real estate more scientifically, it should be further popularized in China.
