摘要

Paper-grade pulp of bamboo was extracted by NaOH in order to produce cellulose. The extraction conditions were optimized by using an orthogonal experiment design. The effects of alkaline concentration, extraction time and temperature, liquor to pulp ratio on the extraction yield, pulp pentosan content, pulp viscosity and the solubility of pulp in 10% and 18% NaOH were investigated. The experiment results showed that the optimum parameters were as followed : liquor to pulp ratio 8 ∶ 1, temperature 60℃, extraction time 90min and alkaline concentration 10%.These conditions allowed 82.85% of pentosan present in the paper-grade pulp of bamboo to be extracted.
