摘要
A new dibenzocyclooctadiene lignan, lanciphenol B (1) was isolated from the fruits of Schisandra lancifolia. The structure of 1 was elucidated by spectroscopic methods including extensive 1 D-and 2 D-NMR techniques. Compound 1 was evaluated for its cytotoxicity, and showed cytotoxicity against NB4 and MCF7 cell with IC50 values of 7.8 and 8.9 mu M, respectively.
