摘要

The efficiency of knowledge transfer between members of the industrial technology innovation alliance is closely related to the success or failure of innovations in the alliance. Different efficiencies of two types of knowledge transfer in enterprises were compared, with the first type being independent innovation, and the second involved joint innovations with members of the alliance. The efficiency in transferring knowledge was used as the essential variable, and from this a functional model of the benefits of technological innovation was established for these two kinds of innovation. The higher the enterprise';s knowledge transfer efficiency, the higher the innovation spillover effect, the greater the decreasing amplitude of the alliance';s costs. As a result, enterprises making up the alliance for technology innovation can obtain incrementally more benefits from innovations. This may provide some theoretical support for optimization of both dynamic competitive relationships and cooperative relationships as well as levels of managerial flexibility among alliance members.
