摘要
In this paper, we gave a DNA algorithm for the graph coloring problem. At first, we synthesized all combinatorial color assignments to the vertices of graph and then we choose all of vertices which are colored legally by proper primers and probe. At the end, we obtained the correct color assignments to the graph by Real-Time PCR.
