摘要

In this article, a new high-loaded quality factor (QL) resonator using combination of a stepped impedance resonator-shaped hair-pin resonator, interdigital capacitor, and a meander-line with -near-zero (MNZ) metamaterial is suggested. An interdigital capacitor is applied to the resonator to obtain high-QL performance and MNZ characteristic for size reduction. The resonator is designed to operate at 10 GHz, and the experimental result shows the Q-factor value of 167.
