摘要
In this study, a printed quasi-Yagi antenna with a coupled slotline feed is proposed and designed. In this design, a driven dipole is excited by a slotline mode with 1x2 CPW-slotline divider output instead of the coplanar strip mode used in conventional quasi-Yagi antennas. A prototype antenna with dimensions of 17mmx34.5mm was fabricated to demonstrate the performance of the proposed feeding scheme. Measurements show that the proposed antenna has a wide -10dB reflection bandwidth of 41.5% (7.32-11.15GHz) and a gain ranging from 2.0 to 8.6dBi. The measured radiation patterns of the antenna are also presented.
