摘要

Based on the characteristic of welding arc and emission, the conception of equivalent fume-formation area was put forward. By analyzing the relation between the fume-formation quantity and the welding parameter, the mathematics-physics model of for spraying velocity was established welding aerosols, then to deduce its mathematic expression. This expression applied to calculating welding aerosols spraying velocity with manual welding of E5015 welding rod in different welding heating inputs. The results show that the spraying velocity of welding aerosols increases with the increasing welding heating input, and its values agree with the real data, which indicates that the established model is reasonable. It is very significant for the control of welding aerosols through simulating the diffusion of welding aerosols.
