摘要

In traditional satellite orbit forecasting algorithm with horizontal photoelectric tracking equipment, when the satellite has come closely to the vertex, the azimuth angle velocity is too fast, which leads to low orbit forecasting precision. Aiming at this problem, a forecasting algorithm based on SGP4/SDP4 model is presented for calculating horizontal satellite forecasting data in this paper. This algorithm directly calculates the satellite orbit forecasting data relative to the horizontal measurement device. Compared with the traditional algorithm that calculates the observation station coordinates of the altitude azimuth form device firstly and then performs coordinate conversion, the new algorithm directly calculates the orbit forecasting data relative to the horizontal measurement device, and can effectively eliminate the guide error of vertex. The experimental data analysis results show that the guiding precision and stability can be improved from 4.5'to 2.89″, which demonstrates that this algorithm can effectively solve the stable tracking problem when the satellite moves across vertex blind region and also has higher guide precision for high elevation satellite orbit forecasting.
