An integral method to study textures of nanosized crystallites in an electron microscope column (Review)

The regularities of oblique textures are described and on their basis a method of the comprehensive study of textured nanosized crystallites is proposed and detailed. The advantages of the method of oblique textures in an electron microscope column due to the construction features of modern devices as compared with the X-ray method and the method of studying textures with an electronograph are specified.
