摘要
Ca2NaNb3O10 ceramic was prepared by solid state reaction. The XRD patterns show that Ca2NaNb3O10 ceramic has an orthorhombic phase. The dielectric and impedance spectroscopy of the sample was investigated which shows dielectric permittivity and the dielectric loss peaks shift to high temperature with increasing frequency. According to the analysis of Cole-Cole and impedance-frequency spectroscopy, non-Debye relaxation process exists in the sample. The activation energy of dielectric relaxation and conduction are estimated to be 1.41 and 1.23 eV.
