摘要

This paper proposes a competitive mechanism based on dynamic power quality evaluation method and introduces its application, which not only evaluate the indicators separately but also focus on the analysis of the relative merits between the objects. Firstly, the data of objects'power quality indicators at each time point are gained, secondly the competitive mechanism is introduced to sort the objects and get the objects'trend of ranking. Then for each indicators, different scores associated with different rankings are given to obtain the single power quality competitiveness score, combining rank correlation analysis method to obtain the power quality comprehensive competitiveness score which reflects the power quality competitiveness level of the assessment object, and ultimately achieve the comparison between objects. Finally, the realistic example analysis and evaluation according to the substation power quality data of one power supply bureau is given to achieve the comparison between the substations and prove its effectiveness.
