An approach for partner selection in supply chains based on weighted-DSmT

Selecting partner decides the stability and efficiency of supply chains running to a more extent, and it is a hybrid multi-attribute decision-making problem including incomplete, uncertain and conflicting information, especially for the supply chain which is made up of small & middle enterprises (SMEs). This paper makes use of weighed-DSmT theory fuse the information of decision-making, proposes a decision-making model and a numerical method of selection. An example is used to demonstrate its practicality, rationality and advantage.
