摘要

To solve the recoil buffering problem of aerodynamic extinguishing cannon, a solution scheme concerning a new friction and energy absorption buffering system was proposed, and the structure of the friction and energy absorption buffering device was designed. The dynamic simulation analysis as well as stress and strain calculation for aerodynamic extinguishing cannon were carried out with ADAMS and ANYSYS softwares, respectively. In addition, the results were compared with those of the traditional spring buffering scheme. The comparison results show that the aerodynamic extinguishing cannon with adopting the friction and energy absorption buffering scheme in the recoil buffering characteristics is significantly superior to the conventional one with adopting the spring counter recoil mechanism buffering scheme. The friction and energy absorption buffering scheme can effectively decrease the peak values of both recoil force and displacement, and ensure more stable recoil movement of aerodynamic extinguishing cannon.
