摘要

To study the thickness of the steel tube filled with aluminum foam structure of anti-explosion performance in the water, different thickness of steel pipes filled with aluminum foam structure was simulated using ANSYS/LS-DYNA, the different thickness of numerical simulation results was compared. The results showed that the calculated results and the underwater shock wave experience formula was compared, and the value of the numerical simulation close to the empirical formula, with the thickness of steel pipe increase, steel pipe significantly reduced deflection when underwater explosion shock waves, the deformation of steel pipe increased. The pressure and kinetic energy grow down in aluminum foam, under the same shock wave intensity, the thickness of steel pipe and aluminum foam between a reasonable design values, so that the steel pipe and aluminum foam are anti-explosion performance get the maximum use.
