摘要

Tissue engineering provides a new way for various diseases, the ideal biologically active substrate is the key problem of the tissue engineering. In this paper, poly(o-phenylenediamine) nanoribbon (PoPD NR) were synthesized via a simple hydrothermal treatment. The soft hydrophilic PoPD NR papers can be obtained simply via the routine filtration technique. We demonstrated the PoPD NR paper provides an ideal environment for the adhesion, growth and proliferation progress of rat adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells for the first time. The low electrical conductivity, smooth edge and hydrophilic surface of PoPD NR paper which is helpful for cell proliferation. We further demonstrated the superiority of that with low conductive ability for cell proliferation progress. The PoPD NR paper is expected to be a new tissue-engineered graft which can be used in bone, vessel and skin repair.
