摘要
Sudden public events have stronger complexity and uncertainty. Its emergency response needs effective perceiving ability dynamically. Timely and accurately seeking for expert knowledge should be important subject of emergency knowledge management. The paper analyzes which acquire the composing factors and process elements through environmental cognitive, researches and designs the knowledge retrieval method based on case reasoning. It probes into the revision of case and stored the mechanism, in order to promote ability of emergency decision in sudden events.
