A complete Sec61 complex in Nosema bompycis and its comparative genomics analyses

摘要

We characterized a complete Sec61 complex in Nosema bombycis, which has been shown to consist of Sec61 alpha, Sec61 beta, and Sec61 gamma genes. Comparing the genomic regions that harbor the respective subunit genes between N. bonibycis, Encephalitozoon cuniculi, and Antonospora locustae, we found that inicrosporidian genomes have high degree of synteny in short genomic fragment, and that this gene synteny in general might exist throughout microsporidian genomes.
