摘要

Hydrophobic associating polyacrylamide provided by Shengli Petroleum Administration is mainly researched. The molecular weight was determined by intrinsic viscosity method. The structure of sample was characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectrum (IR). The dissolution rate determined by conductivity meter, the viscosity in different conditions and the thermal stability of the hydrophobic associating polyacrylamide and HPAM were studied. The results show that the hydrophobic associating polymer had better performances than HPAM in thermal stability, temperature tolerance and salt-resistant properties.
