摘要
Lymphocele is a well-recognized complication following renal transplant surgery. Dynamic renal scintigraphy is routinely used to evaluate renal transplant dysfunction. Conventionally, early appearance of an extrarenal tracer collection suggests a urinoma and a persistently "cold" collection suggests a lymphocele, hematoma, or abscess. The authors describe a renal transplant recipient in whom dynamic renal scintigraphy followed by SPECT/CT with Tc99m-ethylene dicysteine showed slow tracer accumulation in a perirenal collection, which was subsequently confirmed to be a lymphocele.
