摘要
We presented a Stable IZO based MOTFT with mobility, on/off current ratio, and threshold voltage were 23.5 cm2/Vs, 109, and ∼0 V, respectively. After 127 hours gate bias stress, the threshold voltage shift was less than 0.2 V. A 4.8-inch full-color AMOLED demo driven by this MOTFT was demonstrated.
