摘要

Do work to life problems affect the employees intentions to leave, performance and commitment to their firms? To answer this question, this study provides an empirical research based on 511 questionnaires from an industrial sector in the Murcia Region. Findings show that work to life conflict experienced by the employees affect their organizations in the cited behavioural variables: higher intentions to leave, lower performance and lower commitment to the firm.
