In the title compound, C(14)H(10)Cl(2)N(2)O(2), the dihedral angle between the two aromatic rings is 17.39 (4)degrees. An intramolecular O-H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bond forms a six-membered R(6)(1)(1) ring motif. In the crystal structure, intermolecular N-H center dot center dot center dot O and O-H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen-bonding interactions occur.
