摘要

Doppler ultrasonic endoscopic imaging system based on field programmable gate array (FPGA) was studied. The front-end ultrasonic signal reception circuit with high gain and low noise level was designed for the endoscopic system with small-sized ultrasonic probe and weak signal from the tissues. All-digital signal processing was performed to process the weak signals in FPGA, and quadrate demodulation and spectrum analysis were conducted, so that the system had the advantages including good circuit matching, high signal-to-noise ratio, high processing speed and small size, etc. The experimental platform based on the Doppler physical model was set up to verify the performance of the system. And the sonograms under different experiment conditions were compared, which verified the reasonability and correctness of the proposed system and the signal processing method.
