摘要
Equality is the subject of the contemporary political philosophy,and the property right is generally doomed to the right limit to settle economical inequality.This paper proposes that the following three kinds of metaphysical demonstration in the history of philosophy,namely,natural right,the self and consciousness,can not offer proof for the absoluteness of property right.Social justice means not only protecting rights,but also realizing equality.Therefore,equality can be beyond the right limit in both theory and practice.
