A Study on the Predicament and Optimization of the Opening of Gymnasiums in China's Colleges to the Society

In recent years, it is gradually becoming a policy guidance in China as well as a hot topic among numerous specialists that the existing resources such as gymnasiums in colleges should be vitalized to relieve the contradiction between the public demand of gyms and the current resources in available. Based on the reality of opening of gyms in China's colleges to the society and through an analysis of the feasibility of opening and its restraints, this thesis puts forward strategies for optimization including strengthening the government's public service functions in terms of gyms in colleges, increasing the investment in gyms, accelerating the information construction of gyms, improving the specialized management of gyms in colleges and reinforce gyms' security and insurance so as to solve the problem of the opening of gyms in China's colleges to the society.
