摘要

Methylammonium bismuth iodide, (CH3NH3)(3)Bi2I9, is a promising lead-free perovskite active layer for solar cells. In this study, by using gas-assisted deposition method, we have successfully prepared dense and smooth (CH3NH3)(3)Bi2I9 active layer, resulting in 25% improvement in V-OC (from 0.548 V to 0.686 V) and 17% improvement in power conversion efficiency (from 0.070% to 0.082%), compared with the conventional 1-step method.
