摘要

Conventional model predictive direct torque control (MP-DTC) of permanent magnet synchronous generator (PMSG) is usually implemented on the synchronous rotating reference frame. Therefore, it needs a lot of complicated coordinate transformations, and it is sensitive to parameter variations of PMSG. Concerning this issue, an improved MP-DTC method for PMSG is proposed in this paper. Firstly, this method adopts a full order sliding mode observer to observe the equivalent electromotive force on the stationary reference frame. Secondly, the stator flux and torque are predicted on the stationary reference frame based on the observed equivalent electromotive force and the sampled stator currents. Thus, the complicated coordinate transformations are eliminated. As well, the robustness to parameters is enhanced with improved dynamic response. The experimental results show that the dynamic performance and robustness to parameter variations are improved effectively based on the proposed method. Besides, the computation burden is reduced significantly.
