摘要

For the objective function of maximizing the peak-energy, which is frequently used for short-term hydropower scheduling in China, this paper proposes a computational advantageous alternative form of the initial objective function, of which the rationality is mathematically discussed. A periodicity model is designed to estimate the end-of-study contents of the reservoirs with short-live storage and the delay releases from upper reservoirs. An improved direct search method is used to solve the short-term hydropower-scheduling problem with the delay time between interconnected reservoirs taken into account. A policy to avoid spillage as small as possible is designed, and the constraints on plant-based power ramp, minimum up/down time, up/down frequency, running scope, capacity reserve for hydropower system, etc. are taken into account. With Fujian hydropower systems as an example, the formulated model for the peak-energy maximization is practically tested.
