摘要

Fe2O3 nanostructures with different morphology have been synthesized by the decomposition of an iron-oleate complex under hydrothermal conditions. The effects of reaction temperature, time and annealing temperature were investigated. The results indicate that nanowires with 15 nm diameter and 3 μm lenghth can be obtained after 14 h on 200°C. With increase of reaction time, the uniform Fe2O3 nanocubes are formed. The Fe2O3 nanowire with 15 nm diameter and 3 μm lenghth and microballs with diameters of 1-3 μm can be obtained after annealing the nanowires precursor at 300 and 500°C respectively. The growth mechanism of these nanostructures is also discussed deeply in this paper.
