摘要

A new grey phase plane control algorithm is proposed to overcome the problem of low control accuracy in normal phase plane control algorithm. The grey phase plane control rules can be established by the experts' control experience. By the process of greying, grey decision-making and whitening for the error and the error change rate of the control system, the control variables can be obtained, thereafter the grey phase plane control is implemented. A pneumatic position servo experimental system with the DGPL type rod-less cylinder selected as control object has been developed to compare the accuracy between the normal phase plane control method and the proposed method in this paper. The experimental results demonstrated that the method proposed in this paper is simple, feasible, effective and of higher control accuracy.
