摘要
At present, corporate social responsibility becomes an important issue. Through mathematical model analysis on corporate reputation and corporate social responsibility, this paper proposes that corporations can achieve profit maximization only if they fulfill their social responsibilities and enhance corporate images in setting up a responsible reputation. In accordance with the reality of Chinese enterprises, the paper also presents four aspects to promote corporate reputation: (1) improving consciousness of corporate social responsibility; (2) meeting customers' requirements in creating long-term benefits; (3) fulfilling social responsibility through social commonweal activities; (4) Taking social responsibility based on its capacity.
