A broadband low-profile E-shaped patch antenna with a novel microstrip-compatible feed is presented. The new feed structure makes E-shaped patch antennas more suitable for integration with microstrip circuits. It is demonstrated bY designing and testing all antenna ivith a height of 3.3 mm and a return-loss bandwidth of 5.03-6.12 GH7.
