摘要

  Using a real case with 243 typical service enterprises in the south of China, this paper explored the impact of relational embeddedness and network capabilities on service innovation performance respectively and the mediating role of network capabilities on the relationship between the relational embeddedness and service innovation performance.The results show both relational embeddedness and network capabilities have significant positive effect on service innovation performance,while network capabilities fully mediated the relationship between relational embeddedness and service innovation performance.
