The cohomological dimension of C-r fields of characteristic p

In his book on Galois cohomology, J.-P. Serre (1997) [2] has a section about C-r-fields. One of the exercises in that section is to prove that if K is a C-r-field of characteristic 2 then the Kato group H-2(r+1)(K) is trivial. Serre then remarks that the same probably holds for C-r-fields of any positive characteristic. The purpose of this note is to confirm this.
