摘要

A large quantity of heat energy is required in the process of methane reforming reaction, and the carbon is easily deposited on the catalyst surface of the micro-reforming chamber. To add any oxygen to mixture can provide a quantity of heat energy for the catalytic reforming reaction because of part oxidation of methane, and the density of surface carbon deposition will decrease. In this paper, the effect of mixture component on the CH4/O2/H2O auto-thermal reforming reaction with Ni catalyst of the micro-chamber's surface was simulated. The results show that the mole ratio of CH4/O2/H2O is 1:0.2:2, the auto-thermal reaction exothermic quantity can well meet the energy requirements of reforming reaction, the mass fraction of H2 can reach 3.32%, the density of surface carbon deposition is 1.19×10?6 kmol/m2.
