摘要

Engineering geological logging is a vital link in the design of engineering construction, and its results could serve engineering design and construction, rock mass stability analysis, engineering reinforcement measures, etc. According to the requirement of engineering photographic geological logging, a rapid and reliable 3D visualization method for tunnels is proposed, and this article elaborates the process of this method. This method is different from general close-range photogrammetry, because it does not need to shoot stereo images and lay control points. The exterior orientation elements of images are controlled by a designed instrument during taking pictures and the design parameters of various tunnels have been known, thus the coordinate of an arbitrary point on the surface of a tunnel can be calculated and the 3D model can be endowed with real texture. Experimental results show that this method can satisfy the general tunnel modeling and the 3D visualization analysis of geological logging results. It is not only characterized by agility in surface texture mapping and reality in scene effect but also easy to be connected with database and of powerful mutual function with users and good effect to support 3D spatial analysis. Moreover, the method can realize automatically the modeling for tunnels.
