摘要

We report a non-destructive method to measure the content of titanocene dichloride in composite electrospun fibres by diffuse reflectance ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy. In the range of 2.0-9.10%, the titanocene dichloride absorbance was linear with content (%, w/w). The linear regression equation was Y=-0.0036+0.07049X, with a correlation coefficient of 0.9991. Detection limit was 0.19% (titanocene dichloride content). The relative standard deviation was not more than 2.58% (n=7). This is a non-destructive and rapid method. This research is of great importance to the characterisation and determination of compounds in the composite electrospun fibres.
