摘要

The volatile components from the fresh and dry leaves of three Pinus species (Pinus densiflora, P. thunbergii and P. rigida) was analyzed by headspace-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. A total of eighty five compounds, representing 99.89 %, 99.61 %, 99.97 %, 99.86 %, 100 % and 99.69 % of the fresh and dry leaves of three Pinus species were identified. The major constituents from common components of the fresh leaves and dry leaves of the three Pinus plants were alpha-terpinolene (37.15 %, 36.59 %, 26.15 %, 28.6 %, 29.41 %, 34.76 %), 2-beta-pinene (10.36 %, 9.52 %, 42.15 %, 41.89 %, 25.53 %, 32.75 %), alpha-pinene (3.19 %, 4.94 %, 0.44 %, 0.83 %, 0.51 %, 0.63 %), delta-4-carene (2.10 %, 1.40 %, 0.97 %, 0.78 %, 0.07 %, 0.05 %), trans-caryophyllene (0.87 %, 0.70 %, 1.62 %, 1.47 %, 0.48 %, 0.63 %). The results demonstrated that headspace-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry can be applied for extraction and separation of volatiles in Pinus plants, and the fresh leaves of P. thunbergii and P. densiflora can be used for medicinal resources.
