摘要

Investigation of dynamic characteristics and accuracy theory about measuring system must build its mathematic model. Aiming at the limitations of traditional modeling methods, studying the whole-system dynamic error modeling theory was established, which considered sufficiently the information of build-in units of the measurement system, so the built model can reflect the time-varying change of the transfer behavior of the system. The modeling theory can be applied widespread. The whole-error modeling of the hundredth meter was built using this theory, then experimental results validate its correctness.
