摘要

A new process for enzymatic synthesis of acrylamide synthesis was studied. The process is characterized by using immobilized Pseudomonas chlororaphis RPZ-18 cells in a system containing concentrated solutions of acrylonitrile as substrate. Due to the limited solubility of acrylonitrile in water, the reaction system was ultrasound treated prior to the hydrolysis reaction; in this case, the reaction system is transformed into a disperse system. The bioconversion process was carried out in a wide range of substrate concentration and at different reaction temperature values. Also, the bioconversion process was entirely performed in two serially disposed enzymatic column-reactors. On this way, the obtained hydrolysis product, in our case acrylamide has a high chemical purity without non reacted substrate content.
