摘要

Shakedown can take place in pavement structures by moving load. Shakedown load, being a critical parameter for shakedown analysis of pavement structures, its solution method has been in exploratory stage. Currently, shakedown load is solved by finite element program and linear/nonlinear program, but the solving process is complicated and will cause large calculation and computing dimension. Based on Hertz contact model, this paper proposed a shakedown load calculate method of pavement structures by a calculate program-BISAR meanwhile considering the yield condition and self-equilibration of the residual stress. Two plastic shakedown load multipliers are calculated to compare with the elastic limit and the research result of H.S. Yu, and the shakedown load is also calculated when the surface failure occurs. The result showed that: the new calculation algorithm in this paper can reduce the calculation and computing dimension, the plastic shakedown load considering the yield conditions and equilibrium equations on residual stress is similar to the results of H.S. Yu and more close to the real value.
