摘要

Using sodium iodate as an oxidizing agent, a novel arylamine-o-quinone polymer was synthesized from 1, 2-dihydroxybenzene and 4, 4'-methylene dianiline by an oxidation-Michael addition. The polymer surface was constructed by uniform nanoparticles and nanoholes (about 50 nm). Owing to its aromatic backbone, amino and carbonyl groups, and its characteristic in nano-size surface structure, the polymer can be used as an ideal support for immobilized enzymes by absorption.
