摘要

The microstructure and photoelectric response property of a Zr-doped titanate nanobelt film synthesized by hydrothermal-dealloying of Ti-based metallic glass-forming alloy are studied. A dense and uniform flower-like nanobelt film grows on the surface of the Ti-based alloy substrate during a hydrothermal process. Furthermore, the nanobelt film shows prompt and reversible surface photo-voltage response with irradiation wavelength in the range of 300-350 nm. This work may provide a facile way to fabricate flexible shaped nanomaterial films with unique photoelectric properties using alloy as precursors.
