摘要

The phase composition, structure and properties of ZrO2-GeO2 thin films obtained by the sol-gel method from the film-forming solutions based on zirconium oxochloride ZrOCl(2)a (TM) 8H(2)O, germanium tetrachloride and ethyl alcohol are studied. The physical-chemical properties of the films obtained as functions of their composition are determined and the composition-property diagram are constructed.
